Investment Disclaimer & Editorial Disclosures
TECHi is a media publication. We write about technology, AI, and capital markets — but we are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The full editorial disclosure below explains what that means in practice: how we source data, when authors hold positions, how affiliate and sponsored content is labelled, and the jurisdiction-specific limits on relying on anything you read here.
In plain English
Nothing on TECHi is investment advice. Stock prices, market caps, and forecasts shown in articles may be delayed or stale. Authors may own the assets they cover — disclosures are in the byline area when a position is material. Always verify data independently and consult a licensed financial adviser before making any investment decision.
Section 01
Purpose & scope
TECHi.com publishes editorial coverage and analysis on technology, artificial intelligence, digital assets, and public-market equities. The content on this site is produced for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on TECHi is intended as, and should not be construed as, an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a recommendation to take any position in any security, asset, derivative, fund, or financial product. The content is not personalised to your individual circumstances.
Section 02
Not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice
TECHi is a media organisation. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, attorney, accountant, or tax professional, and the content on this site does not constitute investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
You should not rely on any analysis, opinion, model, projection, or chart published on TECHi as the sole basis for any investment decision. Always conduct your own research and consult a licensed financial adviser, attorney, or tax professional before making any investment, trading, or financial decision.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may lose more than the amount you invest.
Section 03
Data accuracy & market-data sources
Stock prices, indices, market caps, and other financial data displayed on this site are provided for informational purposes only and are not intended for trading purposes.
Unless otherwise stated, market data is delayed by at least 15 minutes. Snapshots and chart-time values reflect the source we cited at the moment the article was written, which may differ from current prices, fundamentals, or analyst estimates.
Primary data sources include the company filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, 13F), Yahoo Finance, Financial Modeling Prep, the Federal Reserve Economic Database (FRED), CoinGecko, on-chain analytics providers, exchange APIs, and individual sell-side research notes. We attribute on a best-effort basis but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data point on the site.
If you rely on TECHi data for any decision, verify it independently against the original source.
Section 04
Author positions & conflicts of interest
TECHi authors and editors may own positions — long or short, equity, debt, options, or digital assets — in any of the companies, tokens, or instruments discussed on the site. Authors are required to disclose material positions in the article byline or in an in-line "author position" note where the position is directly relevant to the analysis.
TECHi does not engage in pay-for-coverage of editorial content. Sponsored placements, paid partnerships, and advertising are clearly labelled as such — typically with a "Sponsored" or "Partner" tag in the byline area and a separate disclosure block at the top of the article.
If you are a public-company investor relations team and believe an article on TECHi contains a factual error, contact us at the address below for a correction request. We do not modify analysis or opinion in response to PR pressure.
Section 05
Affiliate links & sponsored content
Some articles on TECHi contain affiliate links — links to third-party brokers, exchanges, software products, or research services that may pay TECHi a commission if you sign up or make a purchase through that link. Affiliate links do not affect the editorial direction of the underlying coverage.
Where an article is written under a paid commercial arrangement (sponsored content, native advertising, advertorial), the article is labelled "Sponsored" or "Partner Content" in the byline, the relationship is disclosed at the top of the article, and the editorial team retains the right to fact-check the copy before publication.
Sponsored content is excluded from analyst leaderboards, performance attribution, and any feature that ranks TECHi-generated coverage.
Section 06
Forward-looking statements
Articles on TECHi may contain forward-looking statements — projections, estimates, scenarios, "bull / bear case" framings, price targets, and other forecasts about future events.
Forward-looking statements are by their nature uncertain. Actual results may differ materially from any projection, estimate, or scenario presented on TECHi. Forward-looking statements speak only as of the date the article was published and TECHi assumes no obligation to update them as new information becomes available.
Where an article cites a third-party forecast (e.g. a sell-side analyst price target), that forecast remains the work of the named third party. TECHi does not adopt or endorse third-party forecasts unless explicitly stated.
Section 07
Cryptocurrencies & digital assets
Digital assets — including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, NFTs, and DeFi tokens — are highly volatile, often unregulated, and may be subject to market-manipulation, exchange-failure, smart-contract, custody, and counterparty risks not present in traditional finance.
Coverage of digital assets on TECHi is editorial and educational. We do not custody assets on behalf of readers and do not facilitate trading. References to specific exchanges, wallets, custodians, or DeFi protocols are not endorsements.
Tax treatment of digital assets varies by jurisdiction and is the responsibility of the holder. Consult a qualified tax professional.
Section 08
Regulatory notice & jurisdiction
TECHi.com is operated as a digital publication. The site is intended for a general audience interested in technology and capital markets. The content is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where the publication or distribution of investment-related content is prohibited or restricted.
Readers in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other regulated jurisdictions are responsible for ensuring that their use of TECHi content complies with applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (UK), MiFID II (EU), the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada rules, and ASIC requirements.
No content on TECHi should be interpreted as a "personal recommendation" or "investment advice" within the meaning of any specific regulatory regime. Regulators in your jurisdiction may impose additional restrictions on the publication, distribution, or reliance on financial commentary.
Section 09
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TECHi.com, its parent and affiliated entities, and its officers, employees, contractors, contributors, and agents disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or trading losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, any content published on TECHi.
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, statute, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not TECHi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Section 10
Updates to this disclaimer
TECHi may update this disclaimer at any time without notice. The current version applies to all content on the site as of the "last updated" timestamp at the bottom of this page. Material changes will be reflected with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of TECHi following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
