Cox is working on a commercial pay service that will allow users to stream television shows over the internet making it one of the first cable companies to break away from the traditional cable infrastructure.
After running a trial in Southern California earlier this summer, Cox is now working on a commercial pay TV offering that would stream live TV over the internet, according to a report by LightReading.
