MetroMile today announced the latest enhancement to its connected driving platform with a new, free feature to help drivers avoid one of the most common parking citations – street sweeping tickets – via MetroMile’s free mobile app and connected car device. MetroMile’s platform of services is centered on a connected car device, the Metronome, that plugs into the OBD-II port of a vehicle, and a free app for iOS, currently in beta.

Life can be quite expensive, and despite reports of the world economy improving, the average Joe on the street might feel squeezed out of life as everything starts to go up in price, and salaries remain stagnant.
