Valve is working hard to fix Steam’s broken offline-mode

Steam’s offline-mode has been available for a while but it has always been buggy and annoying. Far inferior to the offline-modes of Steam’s competitors like Origin and Uplay, but now they’re finally trying to fix it.

While Steam theoretically allows you to play your games without an internet connection, there are catches, like the fact that every now and then you have to get back online for the feature to work. Which in some circumstances kinda defeats the point!

What do you think?
