Sometimes the best footage of unidentified flying objects isn’t with cameras pointed in the sky but at the ground. In a couple of cases during the May, 2013 UFO report, the evidence being presented is down low rather than up high. From “alien” text to still images of a UFO being loaded into a larger UFO, May’s report is a little different.
