Lit Motors hits Kickstarter (for real this time)

Kickstarter is no stranger to fraud and the way they initially handled the case of Lit Motors was a poor play, but the automaker isn’t holding any grudges as they launched a real campaign of their own.

Remember when big cars were the thing to have? Land Rovers were considered the sleekest of sleek, Hummers were driven in locales other than army barracks, and people seemed to forget that our world is in the throes of an oil crisis. Now, thankfully, things have changed and general perceptions about vehicles are slanted more toward those that are small and efficient.
