Forget pen and paper, wet acrylics, coloring pencils, and all those other artsy tools — all you need today is the Wii. Well, you also need the $70 uDraw tablet by THQ, but maybe it is worth the price to put one-up the mighty Pablo Picasso himself.

The uDraw tablet takes me back to the days of Mario Paint on the Super Nintendo, but some things have changed in the past 18 years or so. For instance, now we have an actual pen to go along with that tablet. And the hardware looks very solid. Sure, it might not be a Wacom tablet (what the professionals use), but for kids and adults alike who want to take a dip into digital art, this might be a perfect solution.

But is it really possible to create amazing art with this thing? Well, if you are not fully convinced, check out what David Kassan, well known for his iPad fingerpaintings, managed to create with uDraw.
