Are you making enough money from your apps?

Apps can really help your business grow, or they can be your entire business.  Flappy Bird anyone?  But no matter which route you go, it’s worth an audit to be sure you are making as much money as you possibly can from your company’s apps.  Otherwise you are just leaving money on the table, and how many businesses can really afford to do that?

Start by making sure you are comparing the right numbers across networks- it’s not always an apples-to-apples comparison.  Calculate your eCPM to determine how profitable your app is.  Then make tweaks- change the design and layout of ads to get more user engagement.  Use targeting software to find new users.  Develop your user base in highly profitable markets.  Make sure your app is rated for everyone so you can get more downloads.  Then run the numbers again and see how much they have gone up.  More eyeballs means more money, and you have to attract those eyeballs somehow!

No matter how you are using apps, chances are you can be making more money with them.  Learn more about increasing the revenue for your apps from this infographic.  You might be surprised just how much more profitable they can become!
