The Alienware Aurora is getting an introduction to Nvidia’s Titan Z

Dell’s Alienware Aurora gaming desktop is getting an introduction to Nvidia’s mighty Titan Z graphics card, and vice versa. That’s to say that you can now configure an Alienware Aurora desktop with a Titan Z graphics card, and to kick off the coming together of two powerhouses, the starting price has been temporarily reduced from $3,799 to $3,609.05, a savings just shy of $190. “The GeForce GTX Titan Z is a gaming monster, built to power the most extreme gaming rigs on the planet. With a massive 5760 cores, 12 GB of 7 Gbps GDDR5 memory, and the most advanced power delivery system, it’s the fastest graphics card we’ve ever made. Experience incredible speed and cool, quiet performance, all in a stunning aluminum design,” Nvidia said in a statement.

How do you make one of the best even better? Why, wait for superior parts than the sum of it all roll out, and throw it in, of course! The Alienware Aurora gaming desktop intends to maintain its lead at the very elite of high-performance gaming desktops by including the brand new GeForce GTX TITAN Z from NVIDIA, with prices starting from “just” $3,799, ensuring that gamers who need the best possible desktop gaming configuration will be able to enjoy peak performance at all times, with your eyes reacting positively to the 4K resolutions as and when possible. With the option of equipping your Alienware Aurora with the GeForce GTX TITAN Z graphics card right out of the box, expect it to deliver blazing fast performance thanks to 5760 CUDA cores, 12GB of GDDR5 memory and 8 TeraFLOPS of compute power. All of those will translate to AAA titles such as Tomb Raider being able to run at a phenomenal 80 FPS, while Bioshock can even hit 89 FPS on a 4K display.
