ATT wins the iPhone 4S battle according to ATT

In the world of public relations, you sometimes have to toot your own horn when others won’t. That seems to be the case with AT&T, a company that has been in need of more victories in light of poor customer relations and retention as well as a legal battle on their hands over the merger with T-Mobile.

To that end, they announced today that they activated one million iPhone 4S’ shortly after launch, making it the most successful iPhone launch in the company’s history. With Verizon going through their second and Sprint having their first, it is actually very encouraging news for the telecommunications giant.

“It’s no surprise that customers are clamoring for the iPhone 4S and they want it to run on a network that lets them download twice as fast as competitors’,” said Ralph de la Vega, President and CEO, AT&T Mobility & Consumer Markets.

Here’s the happy video with happy faces saying happy things about a very happy AT&T.

  2. I still haven’t received my iPhone 4S ordered on October 7th.  They aren’t winning anything from my vantage point.

  3. Apple has rated the Increase in worms and virus on PCs, Large population which are extremely individualistic and name brand conscious, and the Creating more ties with Microsoft products as their three highest opportunities.
